Payment

Payment is due upon completion. A check left at time of service is much appreciated. Please leave payment in the same place each time.

Terms

We can invoice for all work performed. All invoices are due upon receipt.

Pricing

Pricing for all on-going service is based on a flat rate. Price includes labor and supplies. Prices are subject to change with advance notice. We reserve the right to charge more if additional cleaning is required.

Vacation Rentals

Pricing for vacation rentals is based on a flat negotiated rate. Price includes labor and supplies. We reserve the right to charge more if additional cleaning is required. We will make notification if the turn will run more than the negotiated rate.

Missed payments

We will send you a reminder invoice for any missed payment. Please submit payment at your earliest convenience. 

Missed appointments

Missed appointments occur when we are not given enough advance notice of a cancelled appointment or when we cannot get in the home or are turned away. We reserve the right to charge a $75 missed appointment fee.

Late check-outs

Late check-outs occur when vacation rental clients leave a property late without prior authorization. We reserve the right to charge a $75 late check-out fee.

Cancellation

Please give us at least 24 hours notice to cancel an appointment. We reserve the right to charge a $75 fee for cancelled appointments with less than 24 hours notice.

Returned checks

There is $35 charge for all returned checks.

Cleaning issue

Please report any issues as soon as possible. We correct them within 24 hours.

Damage

Please report any damage as soon as possible. We will resolve within 7 days.

Missing items

Please report any missing items as soon as possible. We will do our best to locate the missing item within 24 hours. Otherwise, we will replace it within 7 days.

Keys

Keys are stored in a lockbox when not needed. They are identified by a number only. Keys will be returned when service is discontinued.

Alarms

We are happy to set the alarm after each visit. Please provide us with an alarm code.

Service

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.
